Linde Material Handling exhibition stand at Logimat, Stuttgart 2018
Linde Material Handling GmbH, a KION Group company, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment. The company also offers a wide range of services (after-sale, rental, etc.) and more and more solutions for their customers.
As a result, the focus at trade fairs and exhibitions will no longer be solely on trucks, but also on solution fields such as safety, automation and digitalization, as well as intralogistics solutions. VAVE has developed a new “Corporate Architecture Guideline“ which can be used for trade show stands at any size in order to visualize this transformation through the trade fair and exhibition architecture as well.
It was important for the brand to be clearly recognizable and to stand out from the competition visually and emotionally.
VAVE developed a modular trade fair architecture which presents Linde Material Handling at all trade fairs, congresses, symposia and customer events in a standardized and recognizable format. With a scalability of 10 m2 to 300 m2 and a potential to adaptation at individual stand areas.
As in a modern high-rack environment, central areas such as the presentation of products and solutions, meeting areas and exhibition areas are designed as grid-like room installations. Illuminated white aluminium profiles – called “light frames” – structure various areas through dominant frame edges and give the construction a modular design. Each module has its own theme. Printed fabric cubes above the floor serve as theme orientation and brand communication.
The clear design language ranges from architecture and furniture to floor design and product presentation. The flexible room design makes the new Corporate Architecture from Linde Material Handling distinctive and unique.
After its first use at LogiMAT 2017, the feedback from Linde customers and the Linde team was so positive that the concept was continued at LogiMAT 2018.
